CARE International works in some of the poorest countries of the world where
it acts for the poor and vulnerable - during crises and over the long term.
Operating on a global scale, CARE counters hunger and fights poverty and
inequality. Last year alone its projects touched the lives of nearly 25
million people across the globe.

On July 5th 2002 we, Fiona and Peter Molloy set off on an overland
expedition travelling from London, UK to Sydney, Australia.
We will be driving 25,000 miles, across 20 countries in a specially
converted Land Rover using the least amount of sea travel possible.
The expedition is in aid of CARE International with the entire cost of
the trip being funded by ourselves with the support of a few product
sponsors.
ALL sponsorship money raised will be going to CARE to help fund its work
in the developing world

- To drive from London to Sydney using as little sea travel as possible.
- To raise as much money as we can for CARE International.
- To help raise CARE's profile and visit some of their overseas projects and produce a short film highlighting the importance of their work.
- To have the experience of a lifetime!
